Logo and I

Wenn ich mein Logo ansehe, dass in der Ursprungsform die kleine Näherin in Medallionform zeigt (irgendwie kommen zunehmend Abwandlungen für alle möglichen Zwecke dazu…), dann sehe ich das Logo meistens eben nicht als 2D-Logo, sonder eben tatsächlich als Medallion (so ähnlich wie eine Kamee ) oder – und das häufiger^^ – als emailiertes, geprägtes Blechschild. So wie die, die wir früher gesammelt haben und auf denen Werbung zu sehen ist. Oder wie eines dieser Holzschilder, die vielleicht irgendwann mal vor Geschäften standen und riefen: „Hier, hier ist die kleine Schneiderin!“ Schneiderin, ja, das bin ich. Habe ich also deswegen diese kleine Näherin auf meinem Logo (oder Emailschild)? Warum so antiquiert, warum nicht modern und reduziert und, naja, alles what it / man or design or designer today has to be inside?

Because it's about the story. The history, the mean is very individual and I own. And the same is the story of so many, how can I read on blogs and in books.

The story of "When I was a little girl ..."

Yes, and when I was a little girl, I sat next to the sewing machine my grandmother (well, you know what is ^ ^?) and have next to the sewing (wonderful yellow doll dress, my first project, by the way) but also all the other things is that everything I do brings about a smile and will do what I want and will be implemented: learned that it was to learn, first and foremost. It was my grandmother who taught me sewing and loved ones.

It seems that many (women) have similar experiences. I find that exciting. Hence my logo (... tin plate) that tries to make these loans in the past. Or is it a bridge-pounding Do? I'm not sure. Sentimentality of course play a major role.
